First reported in 2017, the construction will soon open at Address Sky View inn in Downtown Dubai. Although no opening date has been given, the hotel will be accepting reservations from December 15. Soon, you could be scaling the new Downtown high rise before the year is out.

2. The View

Would you love to see Dubai from a 240-meter-high panoramic viewing deck? That is the astonishing view you can witness at The View at The Palm. Expected to open in 2020, The View at The Palm is an open observation deck that will permit visitors a breathtaking view of the entire city.

3. Zombie Apocalypse Park

Nakheel Malls is collaborating with Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club to bring a new idea to Deira Islands. Zombie Apocalypse Park (ZAP) will be a zone themed around the living dead. Situated in The Night Market at Deira Islands, ZAP covers a 65,000 square foot space. It will house 12 attractions, including a spooky house, trampolines, target shooting, zombie apocalypse attack, and many more.

It's set to open in 2020.

5. Ain Dubai

Ain Dubai, the world's biggest perception wheel, is set to be finished in 2020. As per an announcement from designer Meraas, Ain Dubai will be completed in time for Expo 2020 festivals. At more than 250 meters high, Ain Dubai will turn into the world's tallest perception wheel when it opens and will have the option to convey up to 1,400 travelers one after another across 48 capsules.
